What do I do if I think I have ADHD?

There are people that have dedicated their lives to the education of these diagnosis. I think they are called doctors, but I could be wrong. Try to hit one of them up and see if they're down to help.

 

Delivery

When will I get my order?

It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, and then it gets shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated like this:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

 

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

A customs and tax fee can happen on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is up to your customs office. These Customs policies are all very different for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

  • Check your shipping confirmation email in case you put in your address incorrectly.
  • Ask your local post office if they have it.
  • Ask your neighbors if they received it by accident.
  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, reach us at hello@jonryanisdead.com
  • If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but you will have to pay for your own shipping.

 

Orders

How are your products made?

I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

 

How do I track my order?

You will get a tracking link through email once your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email me at marcusporksr@gmail.com but please be polite about it.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

To help me fix this for you quickly, please email me at hello@jonryanisdead.com within a week (7 days) with your order number, photos of the ugly and messed up product, and any other details you have. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We do not offer returns and exchanges. 

 

Do you offer refunds?

I am not responsible for items that are lost in transit. I only offer refunds to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this is the case with your order, please contact me at hello@jonryanisdead.com with photos of wrong/damaged items.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, I do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size to buy there is a size chart on the product's page.
